Join us for the next edition of the Hague Talks. The event promises interesting stories from around the world.
At least 5% of Global GDP is lost to corruption every year. Now, more than 100 heads of states and organisations have called for an international organ to support the international fight against corruption. But what is (grand) corruption and how does it materialise in our day-to-day life? Who is affected by corruption? And how would “another” international organisation contribute to stopping corruption and promote transparency and accountability?
This Hague Talks edition, which will take place during Hague Justice Week 2024, has invited three speakers to bring the reality of corruption to the audience and answer the questions on our minds.
We will hear from seasoned professionals working on national and international corruption, who will explain why collective efforts, supported by local stories and experiences, has the power to produce real change.
The speakers and moderator will be announced shortly.
