To mark Human Rights Day on 11 December, H.E. Mykola Gnatovskyy, a judge at the European Court of Human Rights and former president of the European Committee for the Prevention of Torture and Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment, is giving a guest lecture.

The annual guest lecture and Q&A is organised and moderated by Rick Lawson, Professor of European Law. The title of the lecture is ‘The prohibition of torture in European human rights law: experiences from the field and reflections from the bench’.
