KUNO
Platform for Humanitarian Knowledge Exchange in the Netherlands
The world is changing rapidly and fundamentally, which has a huge impact on humanitarian work and poses new dilemmas for humanitarian workers. The humanitarian sector has grown significantly over the last decade. And due to increased and protracted conflict, climate change and political developments, the need for humanitarian aid will probably continue to grow for years to come. On the other hand, rapid technological developments and the rise of new humanitarian actors offer unexpected possibilities that affect the reach, effectiveness and nature of humanitarian work.
These new challenges and opportunities require knowledge exchange, debate and reflection in the humanitarian aid sector.
What does KUNO do?
