“Faith in Human Rights@75: towards 75 years of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights” is the title of a new program of Initiatives of Change Netherlands (IofC NL). The program intends to incite enthusiasm for the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR). Thus, in the run-up to its 75th anniversary on 10 December 2023, IofC is organising different events that focus on universal human rights and how they impact all of us.
One initiative of IofC NL, the Human Rights Caravan, is partaking in this festival. During Human Rights Caravan events, community, secular, and philosophical organisations share their enthusiasm for human rights.
On the 28th of January, 2023, the kick-off event of the Human Rights Caravan will be held with the theme of “Free to be and become who you are” … the core of human rights. But, is this right really so obvious?
