Dedicated photographers who know how to capture the right moment make an indispensable contribution to the impact and experience of the news. Stichting Nieuwsfoto values their work and puts the best photos of the year in the spotlight with the election of the best News Photo of the Year, the Sports Photo of the Year and the Regional News Photo of the Year.

The News Photo and Sports Photo of the Year also receive an audience award. All winners will be announced in the Atrium City Hall.
