Wars and prospects for building the new state in Sudan: Challenges and opportunities

On 6 and 7 December 2024, the International Institute of Social Studies will host a workshop on the crisis in Sudan, envisioning a stable and inclusive future for the country.

Jointly orginized by ISS and The Hague Peace Projects, the event offers a crucial platform for meaningful dialogue, where representatives will engage in in-depth discussions on the crisis's root causes and collaboratively explore pathways to resilience.

By empowering community and civil actors, the workshop will present expert-driven solutions to end the war, drawing on the knowledge of specialists and experienced advisors.

The goal is to strengthen relationships among Sudanese civil actors, fostering enduring partnerships and encouraging ongoing collaboration.
