On the road to the NATO summit

The NATO summit on July 11 and 12 in Vilnius, Lithuania, centers on the war in Ukraine.

Since Feb. 24, 2022, we are in a different Europe. A new security situation requires sharp choices: investing more in national defense, strengthening the defense of the eastern flank and closer cooperation with the countries around us.

Together with Foreign Minister Wopke Hoekstra, we look ahead to the NATO summit. We will do so on July 6 from 1:00 to 1:45 p.m. at the Schouwburgstraat location of Leiden University, The Hague campus.

This event is a collaboration of the Netherlands Atlantic Association, Netherlands Atlantic Youth and Leiden University, Campus The Hague.
