Writers Unlimited Festival and Mensen Zeggen Dingen – platform for poetry and performance – join forces and words! In Paard we build a party together full of poetry, poetry slam, prose and punchlines with a musical note. In addition to Dutch poets and spoken word artists, two international authors of the festival will make their voices heard: George Abraham (United States) and Rosabelle Illes (Aruba). Host: Dean Bowen! Mensen Zeggen Dingen speaks out, makes things discussable, places exclamation marks or question marks! The platform for poetry and performance has been a welcome and regular guest for ten years with club shows in Paard, Theater Bellevue, Tivoli Vredenburg, Doornroosje and festivals such as Lowlands, Down The Rabbit Hole, Zwarte Cross and Writers Unlimited Festival.
