Lost Youth tells the poignant stories of young people who have been placed out of home due to the benefits scandal. Behind transparent walls, you see the struggles of a brother and two sisters. Three young people who have only each other left, while the world around them seems to disappear. They face hunger, eviction and domestic violence. Interviews with allowance children formed the basis for the script.

Lost Youth is about children who found themselves in an impersonal system and had to make adult decisions.

It gives a glimpse into the impersonal system and how young people find strength from the past into the now. After all, how do you build a life after such a false start? The performance is certainly also suitable for young people 16 and older.

In Lost Youth you witness the drama that touches their lives, but also their resilience and mutual bonding.

The performance includes an afterword.
