Iranian Centre for International Criminal Law (ICICL)
Iranian Center for International Criminal Law was established in 2015 under Dutch Law as a None-Governmental Organization.
ICICL obtained the UN Consultative Status in 2020. It is also a member to the Coalition for the International Criminal Court. ICICL leads the Persian section of the Lexsitus project (a legal service of the Centre of International Law Research and Policy).
ICICL aims at accomplishing these prime objectives:
- Promoting international criminal justice and fostering the awareness of its developments, in particular in Persian-speaking societies.
- Supporting victims of international crimes, in particular in the MENA region;
