Cooking with Love

Do you enjoy cooking for people and do you have affinity with people with addiction or psychiatry?

Together with the Salvation Army (location Huis en Haard II, The Hague), Haagse Helpers started the project: Cooking with Love! Alone or together with other Hague Helpers you prepare an evening meal for six participants of the Salvation Army. You can then enjoy this meal together with the residents and from here beautiful and pleasant conversations can arise.

Huis en Haard II is a residential facility where people receive 24-hour guidance and care. The people who live with us suffer from psychiatric and addiction problems. Some people within Huis en Haard II feel lonely and really enjoy a chat and personal attention.
